The Hotel Kursaal is located within the green area of Agnano, near Naples. It is close to the main road in to Naples and so is within easy reach of the city centre. In the immediate vicinity there is the Agnano race course, where the famous Premio Lotteria di Agnano is held in Spring. Close to the hotel the Terme di Agnano offer modern beauty treatments and a relaxation centre. A few kilometres away there is Pozzuoli, the Greek & Roman ruins, and the volcano Solfatara.
