The 2-star Comte de Nice is a charming, friendly and family-run hotel. This non-smoking hotel is located in a quiet provincial area of the city, just a short walk from the main railway station, a traditional market and the main shopping street. The tram will take you to the old town and the famous ‘Promenade des Anglais’, the beach in only 7 minutes, and the Acropolis exhibition centre in just 12 minutes. All 65 rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, satellite TV, and for added convenience the hotel offers free Wi-Fi internet access in the lobby. The hotel serves a good buffet breakfast, has a 24hr reception service with multilingual staff, and a private underground car park (charged) on request. All in all this is a small, pleasant, “no frills” hotel which offers great value for money.
